The Epilaser uses true laser technology that targets the hair root directly, delivering longer-lasting results. Unlike IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), which works with scattered light and affects the surrounding skin, the laser is more precise, more effective even on lighter hair, and suitable for a wider range of skin tones.

You may notice the first results after just a few sessions. Hair growth will begin to slow down and become finer. However, to achieve optimal and long-term results, it is important to complete the recommended treatment cycle.

Yes, the Epilaser is safe when used correctly. It uses clinically proven laser technology that targets hair without damaging the surrounding skin. It features multiple intensity levels for different skin types and built-in safety functions such as a skin contact sensor.

Use the Epilaser on clean, dry skin. Simply turn on the device, select the appropriate intensity level, and place it on the area you wish to treat. Once skin contact is detected, the device emits a laser pulse. Repeat the process following the recommended treatment plan to achieve the best results.

Yes, the Epilaser is also suitable for men. It effectively removes hair on various parts of the body, including the chest, back, and legs. As men’s hair is generally thicker, more sessions may be required, but the results are just as effective.

The Epilady Absolute offers permanent hair removal using infrared laser technology that is gentle on the skin. It’s compact, cordless, and easy to use—especially on small or sensitive areas like the face or bikini line. Clinically tested, FDA approved, and designed for safe home use. First results can be seen within a few weeks of regular use.

Different Absolute models vary primarily in their suitability for various skin tones and hair colours. Laser technology works best with a contrast between dark hair and lighter skin. Some models are optimised for a wider range of skin tones or for specific body areas to ensure maximum effectiveness.

The Epilaser can be safely used on most body areas, including legs, arms, underarms, bikini area, chest, back, and face (excluding the area around the eyes). It is not recommended for use on mucous membranes, tattoos, very dark spots, or irritated skin.

If your Epilaser is not functioning properly, some common issues and solutions are listed in the user manual on page 19. You can download the manual here. If the problem persists after trying the suggested solutions, please contact our customer support team.
