PPL

For smaller parcels (up to 35 kg), we use one of the most reliable and well-known courier services in the Czech Republic – PPL. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day. You can also pay cash on delivery, including by card upon receipt.

In-Store Pickup

If you’re planning a trip to České Budějovice, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from our store – completely free of charge.

Payment Options

At our store, you can pay in cash or by card. For online orders, we offer several payment methods including cash on delivery, bank transfer, and secure online payments via the Comgate payment gateway.

Instalment Purchase – ESSOX

Procedure for Purchasing on Instalments

  1. Add the selected goods to your cart. You can purchase multiple products at once – don’t forget the necessary accessories.
  2. In the cart, review your order, proceed to the payment method selection and choose the ESSOX instalment payment option. Select the delivery method according to available options and complete the order.
  3. You will then be redirected to the online application system of ESSOX s.r.o. (usually by clicking on the ESSOX link or logo).
  4. Complete the online loan application. During the process, you will choose how to sign the contract (online via SMS or handwritten signature on a paper contract – “courier signature”).
    • To correctly sign the contract using SMS codes, you must be the owner of the bank account listed in the loan application. You will be asked to confirm ownership of the account.
    • For SMS signing, you need one of the following secondary identification documents: driving licence, passport, or firearms licence.
    • If you do not have one of these documents or are not the owner of the bank account listed in the application, choose the paper contract option – “courier signature”.
    • Then submit the application for processing.
  5. After submitting the application, the result will be displayed on the screen. The same information will also be sent to your email.
  6. If the application is approved, follow the on-screen or email instructions to complete the process.
    • For SMS signing, you will receive 2 SMS codes. The first confirms that you will sign the contract via SMS. Then you will view and confirm all documents marked “View and confirm”. You will sign the loan agreement by confirming the accuracy of the contract details with the second SMS code. A total of two SMS codes are required.
    • If you choose the Paper Contract with Courier Signature, download the contractual documentation and read it. The courier service will contact you to arrange a time to deliver the documents. The courier will verify your identity, you will sign the contract, and they will leave one copy with you while the second copy and identification form will be handed over to ESSOX.
  7. Once the signed contract is delivered to ESSOX s.r.o., it will be reviewed. After successful verification, ESSOX will immediately inform the seller to dispatch your goods.
  8. The seller will ship the goods to you and collect any down payment (if selected), usually via cash on delivery.

How It Works

  1. Add the goods to your cart.
  2. Select Split Payment ESSOX as the payment method.
  3. You will be redirected to the online application.
  4. Choose how you want to divide the payment.
  5. Take photos of your identification documents or upload them.
  6. We fill in the form for you – you only check that the details are correct.
  7. Your application is reviewed and approved.
  8. You sign the contract by sending the first payment for the goods.
  9. Once the payment is received, the seller dispatches the goods.
  10. Based on the selected number of instalments, you will make the remaining payments to ESSOX.

What You Need to Use Split Payment

  • Identity card
  • A second document (driving licence, passport, or firearms licence – one of these)
  • A bank account in your name at one of the following banks:
